My Verdict:
Text to Speech TTS is a nice free Windows 8 text to speech converter that instantly converts text into audio. It also recognizes emotions such as :). However, the app takes inappropriate pauses while reading long sentences. This seems irritating at times and makes it difficult to connect to its meaning. But otherwise, it’s quite good. You can give it a try.
