My Verdict:
Text to Speech TTS is a nice free Windows 8 text to speech converter that instantly converts text into audio. It also recognizes emotions such as :). However, the app takes inappropriate pauses while reading long sentences. This seems irritating at times and makes it difficult to connect to its meaning. But otherwise, it’s quite good.
