Mystery Game For Windows 8: Twin Moons

Twin Moons is a free mystery game for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 devices. The game is based on the story that a person has lost his memories and he has to recover his memories. To do that, he travels to a place that he remembers before losing his memory, and once he goes there, he has to collect things which reminds him of the memories that he previously had. The memories are presented on the screen in a conversation form where the person recalls another person speaking to him in the past. The game is based on the click and play principle, and overall has a nice design and feel to it.

Twin Moons is available for free from the Windows App Store.

You can access the menu by clicking on the Menu button at the bottom left, and you can use a hint by clicking on the HINT button at the bottom right. There is a map right above the hint button that you can use to know your current location on the map, and you can also use the diary button at the bottom left, right above the menu button to see the memories that you have already collected. Throughout the game there are places where you will have to pick up objects which go into your inventory at the bottom of the screen, and these objects can be used for performing other tasks. For instance, a picked up key can be used for opening a lock, etc.  You can pick up objects by clicking on them.

Twin Moons Pick Up Objects

Once the player comes to an important spot, his memories are triggered and he then remembers his past related to that place. The memories will be played back to the player in a conversation form, and you will actually be able to see the other person speaking to you, although it would actually just be a past recollection of the player’s (your) memory!

Twin Moons Conversation

Throughout the game, the objective is to gain all your memories and finally remember as to who you actually are. You start off with knowing just your name, the final objective being that you find out everything about your past life! This basically concludes the how to on playing this game on your device!

Twin Moons is a great game to install and have on your Windows 8 or your Windows 8.1 device if you are looking for a game that allows you to be entertained and pass your time at the same time, as it has all the elements of mystery, courage, and a lot more. The background score is gripping and keeps you hooked. Apart from the large size of the game (462.7 MB), I have no other complaints from the game.
