Real
Real Steel World Robot Boxing is available for free from the Windows App Store.
Features of this free Combat Game for Windows 8…
When you launch the game on your Windows 8 device, you will be presented with an interface which looks like the below screenshot.
The above screen basically details the controls that you can use to play the game on your device. These are pretty much self explanatory to say the least. As its your first fight, it’s comparatively very easy. The fight is actually the main screen of the game when you run it for the first time. Once you are done with the screen, you will be detailed about the game.
So you will be asked to make your first purchase here. You will be able to see your available credits and other relevant information at the top of the screen. Purchasing robots is fun, and each robot has his own special ability.
I decided to purchase Ambush. You can also re-spray your robot by clicking on the spray can icon in the above screen next to the robots listed at the left side of the screen. Once you have purchased a robot, you can fight!
The timer can be seen at the top of the screen. You can pause the game by clicking on the pause button at the top center of the screen, and this will reveal the pause menu on your screen. The pause menu allows you to access various options inside the game like performing a rematch, changing the button configuration on the screen, etc.
The button configuration allows you to choose from a set of on screen buttons arranged in various patterns. you can select any one which suits your preference.
This is all that you need to know to get started with playing this game on your Windows 8 or 8.1 device. I do hope that you will like this game!

The Verdict…
Real Steel World Robot Boxing is a great game that is truly awesome to play on your Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 device. It might be a bit difficult to play it on a non-touch device because of only having on-screen controls, and thus you have to use your mouse to use those controls. So, this is the only complaint that I have with the game – there isn’t a good support for non-touch screen devices. But apart from that, the game scores full points for its ease of use and smooth gameplay graphics, and I rate this game a well deserved 4 out of 5!
Do give it a shot, and let me know how you feel about this game in the comments section below!
