Windows 8 Animated Jigsaw Puzzle Game App: Animated Puzzles

Animated Puzzles is a free puzzle game app for Windows 8 and 8.1 which allows you to play jigsaw puzzles which have animated elements. When you launch the app, you will be presented with the main menu where you can choose to play the puzzle easily by selecting the puzzle that you wish to play from the main screen. Each puzzle has animated elements, i.e, if you are playing the dandelion level, you will see floating dandelion leaves moving around in the puzzle. You can simply pick up the puzzle pieces from the tray on the right of the gameplay screen and then drag it on to the gameplay frame at the center of the screen.

Main features of Animated Puzzles for Windows 8 and 8.1…

When you install and run the Animated Puzzles game app on your device, you will be presented with the following screen.

Here, you can choose to configure the sound and music settings from the top left corner of the screen, and you can also choose to play the level that you want by scrolling over to the right side and then clicking on the puzzle that you want to play. Once all that is done, you will be presented with the gameplay screen of the puzzle that you have selected which looks like the below interface.

Here, you will be shown a brief intro about using the app. Once the intro is over, you can start playing by clicking on the screen.

You can see the puzzle drawer at the right side of the screen. The aim is to assemble the correct pieces in the correct order by dragging them from the drawer and placing it on an appropriate game area. You can also choose to pause the game by clicking on the pause button at the top left. Once paused, you will be shown a screen as in the below screenshot.

From the pause tile, you can choose to go back to the home screen of the game, see the completed design of the puzzle or also choose to restart the level. The game is beautifully designed and the background score is entertaining enough to keep you hooked!
