Modern Combat 5: Blackout is a free strategy game app for Windows 8 and 8.1 devices. When you run the game on your device, you will be presented with a briefing video on your screen about the game. Once that is over with, you will be presented with the main menu of the game where you can enter your age and proceed to play the game. The game is a bit on the heavy side weighing in at over 500 MB and hence you will want to give it a pass if you have a limited bandwidth.
