Where Angels Cry is available for free from the Windows App Store.
Main features of Where Angels Cry for Windows 8 and 8.1:
The Landing Screen: Once installed and launched, the below screenshot is the first thing that you will see on your device.
Above, you’ll be able to input your name as to what you will be referred in the game. Once done and you have clicked on the tick button, you will be shown a brief introduction video to the game.
The Introduction Video: The introduction video is displayed immediately after the above screen. This is pretty intense and is designed with amazing graphics.
You can hover your mouse and a Skip button will appear in the top right of the video from where you can basically skip the video.
The Gameplay: Once all this has been viewed by you, you will be brought to the gameplay screen itself wherein you will see the interactive tutorial prompt if it’s your first time. This can be seen in the screenshot displayed below.
If you choose to select the Tick button in the screenshot above, you will be shown a brief tutorial which basically puts arrow pointers on the objects on the screen where they have to be clicked and collected.
Now that we have that out of our way, let me tell you a little more about the game. When you click on the objects, they will fall into your inventory box at the bottom of the screen. You can also use hints in places where you get stuck by clicking on the Hint button at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can also access your diary from the bottom left of the screen where you can see your active objects. The below screenshot shows your diary opened.
This basically winds up the main features of Where Angels Cry for Windows 8 and 8.1.
