Flap Flap Monster is a free Flappy Bird like game for Windows 8 and 8.1. In the game, you have to keep the cute little monster afloat in the air by rapidly tapping on the screen. When you do so, the monster remains airborne, and you have to guide it through the gaps between as many obstacles as possible. You have to make sure that you don’t crash, as when you do, it’s game over. The game makes for a nice download as it weighs in at a very light size and has a lot of cute graphics to keep you entertained at all times.

Main features of Flap Flap Monster for Windows 8 and 8.1:

When you launch the game on your device, you will be shown the below screen where you can start the game by simply clicking on the play button at the center of the screen.

When you click on the Play button at the center of the screen, you will be presented with a brief tutorial prompt in the following way.

Simply click or tap on the screen and the above prompt will go away, leaving the controls in your hand. If you don’t have a touch input, don’t worry, you can always substitute it with a left mouse click. The game can be seen in action in the screenshot below.

You can see your remaining gems at the bottom left and score at the top right along with the pause button right next to it. If you want to quickly pause the game, you can also use the Esc. key for the same purpose. At the end of the game, you will be shown your score in a game over prompt. This will appear only when you crash.

You can then click on the name field to input your own name. You can see that I have input my name in the enter name text field in the above screenshot. This winds the main features of Flap Flap Monster for Windows 8 and 8.1.
