Free Live Radio App For Windows 8: Heart FM Radio App

Heart FM is a free live radio app for Windows 8 and 8.1, giving you access to not just one but many other radio channels to listen live radio without interruptions.

The Heart FM app is simple yet interactive. When the app starts it shows the logo of Heart FM, then it takes you to another page where you can choose which FM channel you want to listen to. Although the app has been named after Heart FM but it has other radio channels for live radio streaming.

The radio channels included in Heart FM app include 95-106 Capital FM, Capital Xtra, Heart FM, Classic FM, Smooth Radio, LBC, XFM, Gold and Big Top 40 Show. All these radio channels are from United Kingdom, thus they stream the live radio from different radio stations of the radio channel.

To switch among radio stations, you can click on the Change Station button on the bottom right side of the app and it will give a thumbnail list of radio channels that are integrated in the app for live radio streaming. Each radio channel has different radio stations. Capital FM has 18 radio stations, Capital Xtra has 2 radio stations, Heart FM has collection of 41 radio stations, Classic FM has no radio stations, Smooth Radio has 25 radio channels in the list, LBC has 3 radio stations, XFMalso has 3 radio stations and Gold does not have any radio stations. All the mentioned radio channels are live from different radio stations like Birmingham, London, Cambridge, Bristol, Bath, Dorset, Essex, Scotland, Norfolk, Kent and many other stations.

On the live radio page, you can see a small stop button on the bottom left side of the Heart FM that can stop the live streaming of radio and when you will resume it, it will play from the real time streaming. Internet connection is important for Heart FM to play live radio on your desktop.
