iGun Pro is available for free from the Windows App Store.
Features of iGun Pro for Windows 8…
When you install and launch iGun Pro on your Windows 8/Windows 8.1 machine, you will be presented with an interface which looks like the below screenshot.
In the above screen, you can choose to access the Gun Wall or the Gun Wheel. These both are the places from where you can choose to select the guns that you wish to fire in the simulator. Clicking on Gun Wall presents you with a screen where you will be able to see the guns mounted on a wall which can be scrolled through horizontally. Clicking on a gun will select it and open it up in the simulator screen. You can see the Gun Wall in the below screenshot.
You can click on the back arrow button in the top left of the above screenshot at any time to return to the main menu of the app. You can also click on a gun to open it up in simulator screen. The Gun Wheel screen is similar to the Gun Wall screen, but allows you to select the gun from a wheel like view.
The simulator screen looks like the below screenshot. It’s presented to you when you click on a particular gun.
You can see that I have fired a bullet in the above screen. You can reload the weapon when bullets run out by either clicking on the reload button that will appear at the bottom of the screen when bullets run out, or by manually clicking and dragging the magazine out of the gun. This way is more realistic and lets you have a feel of using a real gun (the manual method). The app gives you a better feel if you are using it on a touch screen device. When you click on the Open button in the bottom right screen corner of the above screenshot, you will be presented with a list of menu options that you can use to interact with the simulator.
In the above screen, I have clicked on the WIKI button inside the menu, and you can see that I am presented with a detailed information about the gun that I have selected. INFO button gives you a brief information about the gun that you have chosen.
Similarly you can click on the OPTIONS, HELP and BACK buttons respectively to access the in game options, help topics of the app and to go back to the simulator screen respectively. Overall this is a really fun simulator to have on your device, and I particularly like it because of lack of ads and the large collection of guns!
iGun Pro is a great gun simulator app to have on your Windows 8 or your Windows 8.1 device if you are looking for a perfect gun simulator app for your Windows 8 device. The app works smoothly, has no ads, and allows you to control a gun as you would be able to control it in the real world. The app is great for all Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 devices, and is particularly superb if you have a touch screen device. Overall, I love the app!
I rate it a 4.5 out of 5.
