First Person Robot Shooter Game for Windows 8: Robo War
Robo War is a free first person shooting game for Windows 8 and 8.1 devices. The app makes for a nice pastime game where you can shoot robots and have some fun at the same time. The app’s difficulty level is little towards the higher side, so you will definitely have a good challenge while playing the game. The game has nice graphics which you will definitely notice once you start playing. The game has a survival mode of gameplay wherein you have to survive the incoming attack of the robots.

Main features of Robo War for Windows 8 and 8.1:
When you launch and start the Robo War game app on your device, you will be presented with the main menu of the game which will allow you to start the game without a hitch. The main menu of the game is shown in the screenshot below.
From the main menu, you can choose to start the gameplay by either clicking on the Survival button, or you can choose to view the high scores of the game by clicking on the Topscores button. You can also exit the game via the Exit button. Once you have started the gameplay by clicking on the Survival button, you will be presented with a screen as shown below.
The above screenshot shows the gameplay of the Robo War game app. At the bottom left of the screen, you will be able to see a touch screen joystick controller which you can use on touch devices to navigate your shooter. You can tap anywhere on the screen to fire bullets. Don’t worry about reloading, as the game allows you to have an infinite supply of laser like bullets. You can see your health right beside the touch screen joystick. If you happen to have a non touch device, you can left click to shoot bullets, and you can use the WASD keys to navigate. You can also pause the game at any point of time by pressing the Esc. Key. This will bring up the pause menu as shown below.
You can Resume the game, restart or exit the game from the pause menu. Once your shooter has been shot down, it’s game over and you will be shown your score on the screen.
