Dragon Mania Legends is a free dragon taming game for Windows 8 and 8.1 in which you have to find and tame your dragons. Throughout the game, you will be able to come across many dragons, and you will also be able to grow your own farms where you can grow dragon food, fight battles with the Vikings and their dragons using your own dragons, etc. The game comes from the developer Gameloft, and being a much popular developer, you can be rest assured that the game has great graphics, an amazing background score and overall has a very efficient gameplay on both high as well as low-end devices.

The game will present you with the below interface when you install and run it on your device.
Initially, a lady in the game will introduce you to the game and tell you about the details of what has happened. This can be seen in the screenshot above. The land, where your dragons are available is called Dragolandia. You can interact with your dragons by clicking on them.
Clicking on a dragon will take you to the dragon lair where you can pet your dragon, feed your dragon etc. You can pet your dragon by clicking and dragging on it, and you can feed it by clicking on the Feed button at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can then toss some dragon fruit into your dragon’s mouth. Once the dragon is sufficiently fed, it levels up and increases in size as can be seen below.
Coming back to the main screen of the app, when you click on the portal in the map, you will be able to battle other dragons of the Vikings who have kidnapped Dr. Hogwin Hogvanhog. The battle selection level menu is shown below.
Now, you can click on the available levels to begin playing them. Clicking on a battle level will take you to the dragon battleground.
Here, you can battle the other dragons using yours by clicking and dragging their elements over the impending opponents. At the end of a battle level, you will be shown your battle stats as to how well you performed in the battle, and you will be given a star rating along with some battle reward.
In this way you have to grow your land in your quest for finding the doctor who has been kidnapped, and in the meanwhile you have to find dragons and grow them so you can battle the evil Vikings! This basically winds up the main features of Dragon Mania Legends for Windows 8 and 8.1.
