Once you launch the app, it starts displaying a slideshow of the photos present in your Pictures folder, using the default settings. To Play or Pause this slideshow, you can right-click anywhere on the app’s screen and click on the respective option on the bottom flyout.
To change the source folder and slideshow settings, take your cursor to the bottom right corner to bring the Charms bar and click on Settings. This would open the Settings charm listing a Customize option at the top. Click on Customize and you would be taken to the Customize panel from where you can change the picture folder, as well as other slideshow settings.
Changes would be shown in real time and you can again start playing your slideshow once you are done with everything.
