The Times Of India is the official app of The Times Of India newspaper for Windows 8 and 8.1 devices. When you install and run the app, you will be presented with an interface wherein you will be able to see and read all the major news headlines all grouped together under a single metro interface. The app also allows you to read news from under various categories which you can access by clicking on the Sections button at the top left of the app’s interface at any point of time, or by right clicking anywhere on the screen, both of which actions will launch the control bar of the app and hence will enable and allow you to browse news from under various sections and categories. When you will click on a tile of a news item at any time, you will be presented with the news interface in full screen format, and you can also snap the news interface to either side of the screen, which in turn allows you to multitask.
